1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for, accessing, or participating in The Unstoppable Singer Summit (“Summit”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use or access the Summit.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent, to participate.

4. EVENT ACCESS & DELIVERY

  • The Summit is a virtual event delivered via platforms such as Zoom, email, and/or hosted video platforms.
  • Access links will be delivered via email.
  • It is your responsibility to:
    • Provide a valid email address
    • Check spam/junk folders
    • Ensure you receive communications

We are not responsible for missed access due to incorrect email entry or failure to confirm subscription.

5. FREE REGISTRATION VS. PAID PRODUCTS

Free Registration Includes:

  • Limited-time access to Summit sessions during the live event window

Paid Offers (e.g., All-Access Pass):

  • Lifetime or extended access (as stated at purchase)
  • Bonuses, downloads, or additional materials

All paid product details are clearly outlined at point of purchase.

6. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee:

  • Career success
  • Income results
  • Audience growth
  • Vocal improvement outcomes

All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Your results depend on your effort, experience, and circumstances.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Summit materials are owned by:

The Unstoppable Singer, LLC and/or its speakers, including:

  • Videos
  • Audio recordings
  • PDFs
  • Slides
  • Branding
  • Written content

You may NOT:

  • Share login access
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell materials
  • Record sessions without permission

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate removal
  • Legal action

8. RECORDINGS & MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, you agree that:

  • Live sessions may be recorded
  • Your name, likeness, comments, or participation may appear in recordings
  • These recordings may be used for:
    • Marketing
    • Future products
    • Promotional materials

You waive rights to compensation related to such use.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If participating in:

  • Facebook groups
  • Chat rooms
  • Live sessions

You agree to:

  • Be respectful
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Not promote unrelated services or spam

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund.

10. PAYMENT TERMS

For paid products:

  • All payments are due at time of purchase
  • Prices are listed in USD
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party platforms (e.g., ThriveCart, Stripe)

11. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Summit:

All sales are final. No refunds.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

12. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some Summit speakers and partners may receive commissions for promoting the event.

This does not affect:

  • Pricing
  • Content quality
  • Speaker selection

14. TECHNICAL ISSUES DISCLAIMER

  • User technical issues

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
