SPEAKER AGREEMENT

THE UNSTOPPABLE SINGER SUMMIT 2026

Speaker Agreement

This Speaker Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

The Unstoppable Singer LLC (“Organizer”)
and
[Speaker Name] (“Speaker”).

The Organizer is honored to have you speak at The Unstoppable Singer Summit 2026, held virtually on April 21–23, 2026.

By agreeing below, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Speaker Information & Marketing Use

Speaker agrees to provide accurate information including name, headshot, bio, and website/social links for promotional purposes.

Organizer may edit submitted materials for clarity, length, and brand consistency.

Speaker retains ownership of their materials.

Speaker grants Organizer permission to use submitted materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to this summit and future summit promotions.

2. Presentation

Speaker agrees to deliver a live 30-minute session (presentation + Q&A) during their scheduled time slot.

Speaker represents that:

  • The presentation is original content.

  • It does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property.

  • Proper licenses have been secured for any materials used (images, music, slides, etc.).

Speaker retains full ownership of their presentation content.

Organizer is granted non-exclusive rights to:

  • Record the session

  • Distribute it as part of free or paid summit products

  • Use it for replay, marketing, or archival purposes related to the summit

Speaker will always be credited appropriately.

3. Live Attendance & Technology

Speaker agrees to:

  • Attend live at their scheduled time.

  • Enter the Zoom room at least 10 minutes prior to their session.

  • Use appropriate audio equipment (earbuds or microphone) to ensure sound quality.

  • Make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues if they arise.

If an emergency prevents attendance, Speaker agrees to notify Organizer as soon as possible.

4. Promotion Commitment

Speaker agrees to promote The Unstoppable Singer Summit 2026 by:

  • Sending at least one (1) dedicated email to their subscriber list
    OR

  • Posting at least two (2) times on social media

Promotion should occur during the official promotional window provided by Organizer.

If Speaker is unable to meet this commitment, they agree to notify Organizer to discuss alternative arrangements.

5. Affiliate Commission

Speaker will receive:

  • 50% affiliate commission on All-Access Backstage Pass sales made through their unique affiliate link.

Commission does not apply to post-summit offers or other related programs.

Affiliate payouts will be processed within 7 days after the summit concludes, provided refund periods have closed.

Speaker is responsible for providing accurate payout information.

6. Recording & Repurposing Rights

Speaker will receive a recording of their presentation.

Speaker may repurpose their recording in any manner they choose, including:

  • Social media

  • Courses

  • Advertising

  • Email marketing

  • Website use

Organizer retains rights to continue using the recording within summit-related promotions and products.

7. Third-Party Logos

Speaker agrees not to display third-party logos or trademarks during their presentation unless properly licensed.

Personal brand logos are permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Speaker agrees to hold The Unstoppable Singer LLC and Danielle Tucker harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal issues arising from:

  • The content of their presentation

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Breach of this Agreement

9. Confidentiality

The terms of this Agreement shall remain confidential and not publicly disclosed.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.

To sign and confirm, return to the Speaker Information Form. In the agreement section, check the box and type your full legal name to acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement.

  • You agree to the terms outlined above.

  • This digital acknowledgment serves as your legally binding signature.
